iDataAudit™ is a stand-alone audit system that scans items and verifies against a database or file to ensure the entire job is completed.
iDataAudit™ easily integrates into your processing equipment adding closed-loop integrity. Missing pieces are identified by the system and can be remedied/corrected by the operator. iDataAudit™ includes one camera.
iDataAudit™ allows operators to efficiently identify missing or duplicated items, as well as items requiring special handling. Users can also flag individual pieces for reprint all from a single streamlined user interface.
Reports of the current or past jobs run on an individual system can be created from the user interface and either printed or saved. The standard reports detail: total processing time, description of manually handled items, missing, duplicated and items requiring reprint. Custom reports are also available upon request.
Individual iDataAudit™ systems can be networked together by the addition of our iDataManager™ Central Server package. Designed to allow all DDS systems to communicate through your companies MS SQL server, iDataManager™ provides job sharing and control of pull requests across multiple systems, aggregate reports, even a customizable dashboard displaying equipment efficiency, job integrity and more.
